Dealer Services Manager

I am seeking a position where  my skills from previous work  experience can be utilized and  developed. I am precise and  detail oriented, friendly  personality with a positve,  team-work attitude; Passionate  toward a career in the  boardsport/action sports  industry.

Assisted in the licensing of Arbor Snowboards to Liquid Force. Moved to Encinitas to work as the National Customer Service Manager for Arbor Snowboards and assist Liquid Force. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses. Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements. Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information. Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns.

Responsible for purchasing, inventory control, hiring, training, merchandising, operations, marketing,  social media, special events and sales quotas for all of The Arbor Collective's retail division. At the same time dedicated a certain number of hours a week to help manage Arbor Snowboard's customer service department. Took snowboard orders, answered product related inquiries, handled all consumer emails and 100% of international snowboard warranties.

Responsible for Grand Opening, merchandising and advertising of an established Ski Shop in a new location. In charge of the snowboarding and tuning departments. Responsible for buying, merchandising and inventory control. Over sees the profitability and day to day operations of the tuning and repair shop. Responsible for recruiting and motivating employees. Coordinator of special events such as art shows, video premieres, and annual kick-off events to promote snowboarding at Doc’s Ski Haus.

Responsible for sales, merchandising, customer satisfaction and inventory.  Coordinator for such events as Boat Shows, Wakeboard Competitions and Rail Jams.  Taught clinics for Hyperlite Wakeboards and member of the Southern California Hyperlite Wakeboard Team.
