Prepare and coordinate mail, faxes, and express packages.
Provide filing assistance.
Provides clerical/administrative support, including the composition and preparation of routine correspondence and presentations using computer software applications.
Advise supervisor of any issues to ensure excellent customer service.
Provides a full range of support including assistance with scheduling, word processing, and reception and facilities needs as needed.
Prepare and submit expense reports for Director, Manager and team members via SAP.
Assist with meeting set-up and clean-up.
Taking minutes during meetings.
Submit biweekly timekeeping for IS&IM department.
Submit weekly department status reports.
Invoice submission via SAP.	
Order office and break room supplies.
Make reservations for Director and Manager’s business trips.
