Staying up to date on current trends and events

As a communications major with experience in various size/scale events and activations, I believe my knowledge of marketing trends, effective strategies, and ability to meet goals and deadlines will be an asset to any company. I am especially interested in action sports and overall health and wellness. 

Within the past year I have had experience working as a Brand Ambassador for Fuse Marketing, I planned and carried out event activations, created and posted promotional social media content and gathered qualitative and quantitative data. Using this data we found we met and exceeded our outreach goal. 

This year I also worked as International Public Relations Intern for Crankworx where my strong communication and collaboration skills assisted in the success of the event. I also interviewed athletes and transcribed material for timely press releases, managed event programs, directed vendors and media in locating their stations, prepared promotional material all the while working collaboratively with volunteers.
 
In the past I worked as Consumer Events Specialist for Kawasaki Motorsports setting up at large scale events/tradeshows, hospitality booths and working with crowds to demo products and explain technology to consumers. I believe my communications, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as my passion for health and teamwork, align with any companies goal to focus on innovative devices, interactive experiences and overall lifestyle.
