Communications Manager

I am a passionate sports professional with experience working with elite athletes, making sure they can not only perform at the highest level but also grow as a brand and person.
Having played and been involved with various sports since a young age and continuing to pursue several sporting hobbies I understand what it takes to succeed and how important the team around you is. Being able to combine this passion with the creative DNA from my design education has enabled me to thrive when leading activations, events and content. From planning, to execution and delivery I enjoy extracting the most out of the event and athlete, therefore helping them realise their ideas and dreams. 

Day to day running of the Red Bull Racing communications team. Responsible for F1 driver Max Verstappen’s PR, content and communication management both during and away from race weekends. Managing content production with global Red Bull markets, from concept creation and execution through to delivery and release. Providing a global strategic oversight for the team and drivers throughout the season to hit relevant publications and broadcasters in our key local markets. 

- Development and growth of brand identity through PR and social media
- Managing media communications, events and requests during and outside of race weekends
- Travel and operational logistics for testing and race weekends
- Sourcing, developing and signing new sponsorship partners
- Communicating with existing sponsors ensuring both parties are content and commitments met on both sides
- Advising on contract negotiations
- Building strong relationships in motorsport with both media and teams
