I have worked with StudyKIK (Caerus Marketing Group) for 5 years as an associate on the Project Management team. I am experienced in managing global, multi-site campaigns for Phases I-IV across several therapeutic areas, including cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology, immunology, infectious diseases, endocrinology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, psychiatry, respirology, rheumatology, substance abuse, urology, women’s health.  

In addition, I have also worked with a wide landscape of research site organizations, ranging from large site networks with as many as 90 sites to single site locations. I have worked across all departments within StudyKIK and supported several of the top 25 Pharmaceutical Companies. Lastly, I have attended industry conferences such as ACRP, SOCRA, and SCRS.

I am now looking to use my pharmaceutical marketing project management experience toward a job in the action sports industry.


- Responsible for managing digital advertising recruitment campaigns and patient retention services for pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs by coordinating, facilitating, and executing projects from contracting through closeout. This includes hosting kick-off meetings; facilitating creative material drafting, finalization, and approval; preparing internal systems and teams for campaign launch; and monitoring and reporting on campaign performance through closeout.
- Oversees financial aspects of a project and coordinates project efforts across internal, external, and third-party stakeholders to ensure timelines are maintained as planned. 
- Maintains strong communication records across stakeholder groups, including communicating project progress and performance via weekly and ad hoc reporting and standing calls with clients.  
- Manages internal communications through the central CRM and internal project kick-off meetings. 
- Currently managing over $3M in recruitment campaigns and patient retention services.


- Provided timely responses to customer sales inquires.
- Resolved assorted sales and related customer support requests.
- Answered incoming phone sales requests, email & live chat and entered details of requests into SalesForce.
- Handled daily account communication regarding status of open and/or pending accounts
- Maintained and enhanced customer satisfaction by providing ongoing proactive support throughout the customer life cycle.
- Received direction from the Vice President of Business Operations.

Sales Supervisor

- Acquired net new business and expanded within existing client base by maintaining rigorous activity standards
- Built and maintained close relationship with current clients by conducting detailed quarterly reviews 
- Responsible for carrying out all stages of the sales cycle from lead generation to contract completion

-Maintained visual standards in merchandising while ensuring a "shop-able" sales floor. 
-Monitored sales, inventory prep and staff training.
-Lead multiple Clinic presentations for customers at both the Huntington Beach & Tustin Stores.
- Performed unique cashier transactions such as special orders, Outdoor School sign-ups, special ticket sales, and store mail-outs.
