VP of Sales and Marketing

 This being a remote position. Responsible for managing and executing marketing initiatives, advertising and promotional activities. Manage Content for key Online Sales Channels and Key dealers accounts. Optimize global brand marketing strategies for the North American market. Integrate with Outside sales reps, dealer networks, and media networks to distribute ongoing strategies. Work with Territory Sales Representative to expand customer base and grow market share by identifying and opening new accounts and new doors. Manage all Social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

Answering sales calls and place orders as well as ship and manage billing. Creating new sales promotions to grow business and establish new shops. Plan and work trade shows and events. Create and manage Google ad words campaigns and report progress. Manage all Social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Sales Support  

Key sales account management. Manage outside rep sales force and travel to their respective territories on a continual basis. Responsible for meeting all sales targets and goals for the independent field accounts within their respective region. Ensure that strategic initiatives are being executed at brick and motor dealership level and sales plans established and met. Build and develop a strong marketing plan while managing the budget. Keep a finger on the pulse of where digital and physical retail is headed, guiding LS2 to stay ahead of the curve. Manage all print and online marketing media as well as manage all social media channels. Pro and Amateur athlete support.

Answering sales calls and place orders. Work with warehouse team with operations and logistics as well as inventory control. RMA warranty case management and customer service. Manage, plan and travel to marketing trade shows. Maintain company social media channels. 

Customer Service / Event Coordinator 

My first role was Shipping, receiving and internal mail delivery. Moved into warehouse operations, my main responsibilities were to pick release, close orders in Oracle 11i and also to supervise the HOPE capping floor. Next I moved into Inventory control. My responsibilities were updating and maintaining the blem site and controlling the sample bike inventory. I traveled to SBC subsidiaries Japan, Spain, Brazil to set up their blem site and process. Also I worked with SBC events team with controlling and tracking bike inventory for all events. Moved into more of a management role in 2009 and had a bigger role with events team as well as traveling to Taiwan to assist in new product photo shoots. I also assisted SBC subsidiaries with ordering their event launch samples. I moved to the purchasing department in 2012 to work more closely with global dealer event sample orders. My last role was a NPI analyst for product development.
