•	Evaluate market trends and perform market analysis to discover opportunities for additional growth, including additional media outlets, event sponsorship and participation, and PR opportunities
•	Redesigned two company websites with additional lead capture capabilities, resulting in 1-2 leads per week
•	Remodeled corporate event display assets working with design teams, printers, and promotional asset developers. Display deployed at 5 key events and seminars annually.
•	Manage cooperative marketing budget totaling over $250,000 with key business partners including Toshiba, Epson, and Microsoft.

LeanCor is a lean process management consulting firm headquartered in Florence, KY. LeanCor helps clients reduce procedural waste resulting in more efficient and cost effective business practice.
					    	        
•	Served on team of interns tasked on three core projects: new product development, financial feasibility analysis, and lean business consultation
•	Identified key brand weaknesses and performed internal surveys to identify root causes of these weaknesses. Established an action plan to fortify brand
•	Performed lean analysis of client transit costs vs. lead times resulting in cost savings of over $150,000, allowing client to purchase additional trucking assets
•	Utilized correlation analysis in SPSS statistics software to discover cost drivers and areas for most effective and realistic cost reduction

MBA Intern

Performance Marketing Group is an event marketing firm located in Indianapolis, IN. The company specializes in large-scale brand activation displays. Clients included Chevrolet, Chevy IndyCar, Chevy NASCAR, Goodyear Tire, Continental/General Tire, and my main client, Nitto Tire – a Japanese performance tire company with its US headquarters in Cypress, CA.
							       
•	Directed the scheduling, routing, maintenance, setup, and successful implementation of display assets on 2 tractor trailers supervised by 2 full-time employees that convert into fully-equipped marketing displays as well as mobile pit area for race teams to perform pit stops during races
•	Consulted with client to maximize brand exposure at over 30 motorsports-related events annually including Formula Drift, Ultra4 Off-road Series, NMRA Drag Racing, and various car shows such as SEMA and the NYC Auto Show
•	Assisted client in reaching social media growth goals by pioneering an on-site social media campaign, driving company page growth and engagement numbers
•	Worked closely with editors of key publications such as Car and Driver and Import Tuner for participation in key ride-and-drive events
•	Renovated one entire tractor-trailer coordinated the fabrication and installation of a wall of LED TV’s hidden behind one articulated side of the trailer. Also installed DJ-quality sound and lighting for events
•	Captured event video and photography to be utilized in after action reports directed to VP of Marketing and Marketing managers at Nitto Tire 
•	Coordinated vendor contracts, Department of Transportation compliance, and insurance as outlined by company policy
•	Developed tour schedule for Dunlop Tires, while adhering to incredibly challenging budgetary constraints
•	Worked with race coordinators in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) and Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) Association to accommodate the Dunlop display at 15 events annually
•	Partnered closely with Featherlite Trailers to execute custom displays in a timely, professional manner
