I have had some interesting employment experiences since college, working for mostly small businesses but also most recently a large corporation. Now, I know what I'm looking for in both an employer and a work situation. I am always looking to improve the situation I am in, both professionally and personally. In my next job, I want a position that allows me to grow with the company and have freedom to incorporate my ideas in daily work.

•	Developed highly successful promotion including two quarterly promotions that consecutively broke email signup records, staying within budget 
•	Managed advertising & creative agencies responsible for advertising, social media & email marketing        
•	Established quantitative pricing strategy method as well as a market research program to comparing competitor products to our own, resulting in a more focused NPD process

•	Increased condo rental revenue by 35% from 2010 to 2011
•	Established TripAdvisor account with 4.5/5 rating, improved customer service and reduced documented complaints by 70%. 
•	Innovated Kiteboarding oriented events like KiteXpo, which won worldwide exposure through CNN
•	Established KHK & Waves Village original social media presence 
•	Utilized HomeAway & VRBO increasing demand for condo rentals 
•	Created several seasonal vacation packages around events, recreation and holidays
