General Manager

I am an action sports enthusiast who has been working in the industry for several years and am looking to see what else may be available to advance my involvement, expertise, and network.

Began as a snow tech seasonally, then was promoted to management in 8 months, which became store manager within a 1 year. I grew as a manager both with associates, brand understanding, business sense, and fore sight for business growth. I also moved between stores helping with organizational management and staffing. It began my secondary job in the outside sales rep position, sub-representing for several brands in the southwest territory where I am currently located.
