Creative Manager

I hail from the great rocky mountains of Montana and  have been in the ocular wheelhouse nearing a decade. My strengths are well steeped in graphic design, typography, photography and visual communication via interactive, web and tactile platforms. 

Provided direction on brand creative, new products, marketing and advertising campaigns. Management of all graphic applications for digital and print, advertising, hard & soft-goods, web/UX design, packaging, large format signage, and trade show booth design. Liaison with product engineers and oversea vendors ensuring quality graphics output. 

Art direction and graphic design including the 2017 racer handbook, associated marketing and advertising campaigns, race stage posters, and contest materials.

Art Director

Created, designed, developed and presented bike park concepts/construction documents. Designed comprehensive bike park signage and way-finding programs. Directed and managed team members in all aspects of production for print, web, video and communication design for marketing, advertising, and social media purposes. Web/UX design and management, print, hard & soft-good design. Copywriting and project presentation of bike park concepts to community stakeholders for consensus building, effective design development processes, construction services, operations, and maintenance.

Bi-Annual graphic design production and layout of Outdoor Research’s 200+ page Spring 2013, Fall 2013, Spring 2014, Fall 2014, and Spring 2016 workbooks. Coordinated graphic design layout, copy writing, illustrations, type setting and product photography ensuring correct pre-production and print ready file handling. Led weekly internal liaison with directors and managers on deliverables, project scope, and final file correspondence with printers.

Graphic Design Consultant

Designed and developed CAD based maps, construction documents and managed design/build of Vanier Bike Park. Conceptualized ERBP’s graphic identity, web presence and associated marketing strategies. Generated, designed and copy writing for RFP’s. Coordinated with City of Vancouver personnel and stake-holders on project scope and development of the Vanier Bike Park Project.

Creative Director

Re-branded Race Face’s corporate identity included graphic design, hard-goods & soft-good design, web/UX design and management, print, packaging and signage design, collaborated on marketing and advertising campaigns, art direction of product lines and new products. Correspondence with product developers and oversea vendors ensuring quality assurance on hard-good graphic application prototyping operations.
