Independant Sales Rep

•	In charge of all sales floor merchandising in both departments  including all vendor specific displays thru the seasons as well as general sales floor appearances
•	Manage staff and be sure all are up to date on the latest product/market knowledge
•	Staff Scheduling
•	Create and harbor personal relationships with customers, sales representatives and store management
•	Sets standards in boot fitting and sales techniques
•	Assists in buying for all shop merchandise including testing new products and samples to make decisions about what will do best in the store
•	Attend on-snow and other industry trade shows
•	Assists in the receiving and ticketing of all shop product
•	Create new and innovative ways of reaching out to the community and promoting the store
•	Discuss new ways of generating sales and promotional ideas
