•	Manage and provide coaching, direction and leadership support to a team of 24 international membership and member experience managers
•	Oversee a membership and the experience to over 31,000 members spanning over 140 countries globally
•	Challenge the status quo to exceed historic targets with an increased growth rate of 15%, increased conversion rate of 9.5%, and a 95.8%-member renewal rate
•	Led new global program launches that successfully recruited and onboarded over 2500 new members in FY20-21

Director of Member Development and External Relations

•	Oversaw global membership sales and marketing within an international outdoor sports organization while providing consulting services to over 400 Members (manufacturers, retailers, resorts, sales reps, business service companies, tech firms, and media) 
•	Provided members with go-to market research consulting, trade show and media support, product development, software training, while managing three development associates.
•	Sold and marketed the organization’s membership and data subscription product which created high-level data reports for 35 individual product segments and allowed users to view sales in a variety of sales metrics 
•	Led in the management of the outdoor sports largest industry event (SIA Snow & Show, Industry + Intelligence) which held over 20,000 attendees and was the most recognizable trade show for the snow sports marketplace
•	Launched a new member engagement product/service by using analytical and creativity which was synthesized to create an industry wide and revenue generating product
•	Partnered with SIA’s IT and CX departments to design digital marketing material and developed mutually beneficial partnerships which increased membership by over 201% over 4 years; trade show space by 74%, and exceeded annual targeted sales goals by an average of approximately 164%


Global Sales and Marketing Manager

•	Managed membership sales and business development within a successful organization which provides industry specific knowledge to clients
•	Provided consumer insights, and market research consulting for manufacturing, technology firms, and retail clients
