Accurately and effectively communicate by email or in person with sales reps, inputing Sale orders in SAP and using our Sierra system to track inventory. Locate inventory with in the warehouse and other regions using SAP. Also follow up with orders send and receive emails from Sales Reps and management. Maintaning of daily backlog using excel, or other situations needing attention of management. Collect equipment that is needed for sales reps for their use for Demos and do basic quality control tasks as needed to insure the best product to demo for customers. Have office ready and equipment for any scheduled training to be done in the office. Schedule work calendar and pick ups of freight and send in accordance to the need of the Sales Rep. Add any equipment changes to our excel spread sheet that is kept on our data base. Help Close facility when company relocated and flew to Kentucky to help train new employees. Other software that I use Microsoft Office, Excel, OutLook, Word, Sap, Sierra System, UPS, FEDEX,DHL and I have good Organizational skills.

Inventory /Administration clerk

receiving clerk, Idoc-Coordinator, trouble shooting, monitor the customer and our system. I use SAP software Excel, Word, good Organizational skills and WMS to make sure everything in our inventory matches theirs, and fix any IDOC errors they may have when both systems are communicating. I make all data entry into our system and fix shipping, receiving errors within the Idocs, I send e-mails to plant and planners (our customers) when we have no ASN to receive our product against and inventory adjustment errors as well. I handle office duties like filing of paper work, data entry, ten key, into our PC to keep records of daily duties and errors as the day goes by. I also use Microsoft Word, excel. I Release wave orders to hand out to the pickers. I also have knowledge of UPS process using our computer system for shipments that are going UPS. I assist in training new employees in their new positions. I also deal with HAZMAT items, FEDEX, BAX GLOBAL , EAGLE, WMS, SAP,UPS, Microsoft Office, Excel, OutLook, Word.
