JR286 GLOBAL DESIGN MANAGER

Responsible for the creation of products for the baseball accessories category. Gathered insights from baseball players at all levels of the sport to create alignment with the growth goals of the category and consumer expectations. Gathered consumer research over a 2 year period to define archetypes with in a baseball team that we could test our designs against for a strong consumer experience.

Worked as the lone Industrial Designer for Hydrapak. Projects included the Blaster Bite Valve and Stash Bottle. Blaster Valve can be found on many hydration packs across the outdoor industry including: Dakine, Osprey and The North Face
