Presentation sells is a start-up business that specializes in home staging, also known as “property styling”. This product increasingly has been used as a tool for real estate agents and home-owners to increase the sale price of a home; as well as the turnover rate of the property.
	
Position: Project Managager
The objective was to identify if the online business meets the market needs and demands. It was accomplished through market researching interviews of professionals in the Real Estate industry. The result is to be delivered in a IT based business model. 

Accomplishments:
Developed the questionnaire & script to interview people associated in the real estate industry
Online research led us to seek out funding, to assist in start up phase through iLab, a Queensland government funding organization for start-up internet based businesses
I developed the Business Model Canvas, an innovative way to build plans around the fast changing internet environment

An outdoor clothing brand that has positioned itself as the leader in quality. They promote and sell a unique outdoor clothing brand all over the world in various markets. True Alliance represents brands like Lacoste, Ben Sherman, Lee and Ugg within Australia. 
Position: Retail Sales Consultant
Works with the manager and assistant manager to meet sales targets and increase items per sale (IPS). Ensures inventory is put into the store accordingly and store is kept to the highest standards. 
Accomplishments 
•	Helped in achieving best mystery shopper percentage in history. 
•	Contributed to helping the team in its operations management, sales and overall targets
•	Learned all product knowledge and has grown confidence in the retail industry, particularly visual merchandising.
