Principal

Mentoring business school students through the process of launching their new business ventures. Part of this process is providing direction to students on business plan development, sales/marketing strategy, sales distribution, brand positioning, team building, financial projections, capital structure and source, business operations and manufacturing/sourcing.

Led LiquiCell as a supplier of a proprietary medical technology. In 2000, launched company as an OEM license business built around a unique branding strategy. Through strategic licensed partners, LiquiCell became the recognized brand for delivering long-term comfort in a wide array of markets.

President/CEO

Founded InMotion in 1989 as a technical cycling and rugged outdoor apparel company to become the initial vehicle for bringing to market a proprietary padding system worldwide. Led company through research and development stage, market development stage and onto early growth stage.

Participated in all levels of merchant buying program. Worked as an Associate Buyer, Planner Distributor and Senior Buyer, with responsibility for some of the largest categories in Menswear (Young Men’s Denim, Active and Logo Sportswear).

Senior Buyer

Developed and executed all marketing and sales plans and strategies for this institutional fitness equipment manufacturer. Created an instructional manual for staff training, use and teaching.

Vice President

Directly responsible for worldwide operations, sales and marketing. Oversaw product development, long and short-term strategic planning, advertising and promotional plans, market research, multi-channel sales distribution, information systems, employee and vendor relations.
