E-Commerce Website Administrator / Research & Development Assistant   

To build a career in the action sports industry and share the knowledge that I have gained through my experiences with others, while expanding my knowledge and growing as an individual.

•	Working with cross-departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, etc) to improve Ecommerce functions for Profile Design and Bellwether.
•	Update product information and content on each respective website for Profile Design, Bellwether and B2B.
•	Teaming the Creative and Marketing Departments, create banners, images and display promotions on website.
•	Manage website configuration and parameters (including but not limited to, stock management, payment options, etc).
•	Investigate and report any operational or technical issues to management.
•	Coordinate with Sales Departments, B2B promotions and how B2C promotions may affect B2B functions.
•	Evaluate approaches and strategies to improve website sales conversions, upsells and customer engagement.
•	Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions. Present these monthly reports to corporate office.


•	Manage contracts for B2C (business to consumer) sales growth for both lines of Profile Design and Bellwether clothing.
•	Ensure that each brand’s website is accurate and up-to-date with current pricing, content, product information and promotions.
•	Maintain day to day functions of the ecommerce store: process daily orders and credit card transactions.
•	Assist in inventory management of both companies.
•	Work with the in-house art director and help to develop all product images for each seasonal promotional campaign.
•	Assist with marketing photo shoots for web, print and social media by modeling and displaying products for both lines.
•	Handle all RMA (return merchandise authorization) and exchanges for both companies.
•	Reply to all customer emails in a timely manner and follow up with issues and/or concerns.
•	Generate interest, brand awareness and boost sales by hosting industry events.
•	Setup booth and/or attend trade shows and demo events/races.

Ecommerce Coordinator / Event Specialist

•	Deal directly with dealer and consumers either by telephone or email to respond promptly to inquiries, concerns or warranty issues.
•	Monitor MAP (manufacture advertise pricing) policies for both companies using Cannel IQ and BPA programs.
•	Generate interest, brand awareness and boost sales by hosting industry events.
•	Setup booth and/or attend trade shows and demo events/races that usually occur over the weekend.


Customer Service Representative / Event Specialist

•	Deal directly with dealers and consumers either by telephone or email and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.
•	Warranty Customer Service Representative-handle, process and resolve dealer and consumer warranty issues.
•	Keep detailed records of dealer and consumer interactions and transactions, inquiries, comments and complaints.
•	Communicate and coordination with internal departments.

Dealer Support Representative

•	Assist all customers and process cash register transactions.
•	Bike Mechanic-duties included total assembly to any repairs.
•	Inventory Control-ordering, processing and stocking of all products.
•	Daily Opening and Closing of the store.
•	Responsible for keeping the retail departments clean and organized.

Sales Associate / Bicycle Mechanic

•	Assist all customers and process cash register transactions.
•	Bike Mechanic-duties included total assembly to any repairs.
