Built a network of independent distributors from the ground up, responsible for marketing Team Beachbody’s line of fitness programs, fitness equipment and sports nutrition product with $2.5 million in annual revenue for 2014. The 2015 Q1 revenue was $694K, which is up 21.5% from $571K vs LY, which puts me on track to finish the year around $3 million for 2015.

Responsible for recruiting, training, marketing, strategic planning, goal setting, customer retention, new market penetration and top line sales growth.

Recruit, train and developed a sales force from scratch, responsible for the acquisition of over 10,000 new customers across the country in a variety of markets resulting in tens of millions of dollars of increased revenue.  Received the “Trailblazer” award for my role in developing both the GA and TX markets.

Consistently exceeded annual sales goals defined by sales manager in conjunction with seasonal forecast by account.  Developed sustainable and profitable business through proactive inventory and order book management coupled with seasonal marketing plans to support key initiatives and compelling product presentations.  Territory growth in a highly competitive and challenging environment was achieved through superior service from sell-in to sell-thru.  Despite taking over a highly neglected territory with very strained relationships and major credit issues with 2 of the top 3 accounts, I managed 67% growth from $450K to $753K in the 1st year, followed by 18% growth to $887K.  Unique to my territory, PUMA was the primary sponsor of the USA Cup, which is the largest youth soccer tournament in America. I worked as a liaison for and in conjunction with PUMA Marketing, PUMA Sales, our onsite retail partner and USA Cup tournament directors on the planning, preparation, execution and review of all aspects of the tournament related to sales and the PUMA partnership.
