Digital Marketing Research Analyst

Young, entrepreneurial type with 4 years combined experience in  apparel design, production, planning, marketing, and logistics. I hold a BA in Economics and an MS in Social and Applied Economics with a  strong sense of  professionalism, leadership,  and creativity.

My promotion and role as lead analyst in digital marketing research was a result of a data project proposal and report highlighting the need for research as part of strategy and reporting, where I oversee the expansion of effectiveness and efficiency of existing services and products, and to identify the best performance metrics and most cost-effective solutions within budget. I conduct data analysis and tracking of service performance for strategic planning and reporting using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Acquisio, Stata 12, Excel and VBA, Raven, and in-house web analytics. I also maintain operational relationships between management, marketing specialists, sales, and product team as part of overall strategic planning.

I managed automotive dealership accounts, conducted all online activity including: search engine optimization, website page building and editing, social media, analytics using Google Analytics and in-house software, paid search using Google AdWords, content writing, and reputation management. I was awarded the Meritorious Performance Award in August 2013 given to the department employee of the month, for a data product proposal, which led to my promotion as research analyst. I was also nominated for the 2013 Reynolds and Reynolds Rookie of the Year.

Digital Marketing Specialist

I assisted the varsity baseball head coach in conducting all coaching duties, including but not limited to: player talent and character development, scheduling, field operation and maintenance, travel arrangements, equipment management, and game analysis.

I conducted sales meetings to negotiate fixed rates for commercial and industrial energy contracts covered in Dayton Power and Light’s market, as well as collected and organized field data through Excel.

Working with the two co-founders, I performed tasks such as: search engine marketing, social media, cradle-to-grave shirt design and production using Adobe CS, in-house and online customer service, inventory management and order fulfillment using Magento, as well as conducted sales data analysis using Excel and Stata.
