Assistant Business Manager

Handle all guest reservations and requests accurately and with a sense of urgency 
Manage the restaurant bookings and table assignments to maximize the potential for revenue and guest satisfaction.
Assist in planning large parties of 12 to 25 guests for special occasions, business meetings, etc. in the restaurant and ensuring a smooth and successful experience

Hostess/Server

Create a labor efficient schedule for the spa team on a weekly basis to reflect the needs of both the guests and associates based on the business forecast.
Complete bi-weekly payroll 
Ensure the spa operation is set up for success daily by managing the books, labor, guest requests and concerns, and that all facilities are properly maintained.
Responsible for all associate training to include guest service standards, software, and spa products and services.
Ensure all associates are performing the service standards expected of them and are providing excellent and memorable guest service.
Assist, empower, inspire, and counsel associates as needed.
Responsible for the accurate and detail oriented booking and billing of all guest services and products
Responsible for handling all guest and associate requests accurately and with a sense of urgency
Responsible for all guest interactions, ensuring that from the reservation until check out, all expectations are met and exceeded in a five star manner to create lifelong relationships and memories
