I am a self starting, motivated individual looking to bring my talents and skill set to a growing, fast paced company. I have extensive experience in the touring and music industry, as well as the apparel/manufacturing industry. I have built a company from the ground up, and and feel comfortable in all aspects of the industry. I am a quick learner, and unafraid of new challenges. I hope to bring my experience in apparel, combined with my logistic/event coordination background to a company within the Action Sports industry.

Production Manager
•	Plan and organize merchandise production schedules for 80+ accounts – Blink182, Radiohead + Thom Yorke, Incubus, Thrice, RuPaul + Drag Race, Dolly Parton, etc.
•	Client facing coordination regarding product approvals, shipping logistics, costing approvals, and production timelines
•	Costing negotiations for direct to consumer and internal quotes 
•	Production coordination including separations/films, proofing on press, and preproduction samples
•	Garment, accessory and other sourcing, including maintaining Ethics and Environmental Audits and Records
•	Cultivate and maintain business relationships with multiple vendors across US & China
•	Logistics and ordering for inbound blanks as well as finished goods. Including handoff of finished goods from production/UK production and inbound supplier shipments
•	Use Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV) to create purchase orders and maintain a master PO database and production schedule
•	Coordinate art flow between third party and license holders – coordinate with in house and contracted art providers
•	Travel to tradeshows to meet with distributors and ASI vendors
•	Research client and client fan demographics 
•	Maintain up to date costing of all items in inventory and production


Production Manager

•	Plan and organize production schedules for 40+ accounts
•	Estimate and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managers – oversee the production process and re-assess as needed 
•	Source vendors per artists touring schedules and merchandise needs, minimizing lead time and shipping costs
•	 Cultivate and maintain business relationships with multiple vendors across the US & China
•	Work with account managers and vendors to develop products for artists lines for both apparel and non apparel
•	Use FDM4 to create purchase orders and maintain a master PO database and production schedule

•	Oversee all production, including lead times, completion dates, and quality control for Men’s, Women’s, and Accessories
•	Manage production and wholesale and manage all retail and wholesale sales
•	Oversee all shipping and receiving for online sales, physical sales, and pieces put into production
•	Track and maintain all inventory levels, including placing orders for blanks when needed and maintaining inventory for web store and sales floor
•	Manage a staff of 5+ people, including scheduling and payroll 
•	Act as contact between wholesale accounts, vendors, and printing companies. Maintain and grow wholesale and vendor relationships
•	Coordinate and manage logistics for all events, including tour sponsorships, warehouse sales, and offsite programs
•	Handle custom piece development from conception to distribution
•	Increase volume and sales percentages quarterly

Production + Operations Manager

•	Manage logistics for tour duration, including but not limited to: tour routing and daily planning (meals, stop overs, hotels)
•	Manage all monetary transactions for tour. Compiling and sending daily and weekly financial summaries to artist management
•	Track and maintain inventory for sales merchandise. Coordinate drop shipments when necessary
•	Attend to needs of artists throughout tour duration
•	Manage staff/crew of 5+ including logistics, job delegation, and project management

Tour Manager

•	Transport important office documents and packages between 10+ real estate and escrow offices throughout the South Bay
•	Assist during office events with logistics and transport
•	Completed errands and transportation of goods for the company throughout Greater LA area

Re/Max Real Estate

•	Maintained account lists for current artists represented by the agency.
•	Tracked ticket and merchandise sales for multiple concurrent tours
•	Maintained relationships between represented artists for the duration of their business relationship with agency
•	Prepared, delivered, and fulfilled contracts for artist relations
•	Developed relationships with show promoters domestically to help grow business, as well as maintaining prior relationships
•	Discovered and presented new talent to artist management

Jr. Account Executive

•	Overseeing work sites for individual jobs and ensuring project is completed on time and as requested
•	Communicating with owner/manager any needs or issues per job
•	Picking up and transporting building materials (i.e. granite, sand, etc)
•	Delegating responsibilities and job details to team
•	Work with team to construct and complete projects, including demo, rebuild, and remodel jobs
•	Operated construction tools and machinery including forklifts, table saws, handheld drills and nail guns

Project Manager

•	Plan logistics and routes for tour duration
•	Manage finances for vehicle and per diem allocation
•	Maintain time schedule to ensure adequate timing for arrivals and departures per individual venues
