Sponsorship & Events Manager

Plan and implement events throughout the year to generate donations and additional funds through sponsorship.  
Development of event contracts, fairgrounds event calendar management, and attaining COI for all events.
Develop marketing materials, website content and layout, mobile app, e-newsletters, and social media posts.
Cultivate and maintain sponsor relations.

Orchestrate all events both on- and off-site for resort, including national events and competitions.
Handle recruiting, training, scheduling and management of Mountain Creek: marketing and sales staff. 
Development of event contracts, banquet event orders, and attaining COI for all events.
Maintain inventory of all marketing materials and ads, retail purchases, prizing and giveaways for resort guests and competitors.
Document events and daily activities through staffing and scheduling photography and videography.
Create additional resort hype through social media, promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.

Events Coordinator

Provided sourcing availability reports for: cost efficiencies; hotel and travel arrangements; functionality and description of venues, and coordinated distribution of products/promotional items from regional warehouses.
Developed artwork and other images for displays and marketing materials at: conferences; trade shows; sales meetings, and global meetings.
Organized national and regional events and meetings, which included full service logistics management, both on- and off-site.
Developed new product launches through promotional designs/ideas and product sourcing.
Orchestrated all travel arrangements for top-level executives to travel both internationally and nationally multiple times per month.
Responsible for calendar management, meeting creation, organizing national and international phone conferences, and expense reports, and any other needed administrative services for the VP of Marketing, VP of Sales, and other Nestle Health Science Marketing and Sales team.

Marketing and Event Coordinator

Effectively developed and managed major accounts that included: TJX Companies – all divisions; and Idea Nuova – WalMart and Teen Vogue.
Contributed to growth in sales with existing clients that included: Polo Ralph Lauren – all divisions; Macys; Coach; and NY&Co.
Designed, set up, and ran exhibit booths both at “Printsource New York” and “DIRECTION by Indigo” – international trade shows for the creative textile and surface design industry.  
Created original prints, graphics, other surface design patterns, and tech packages for clients’ apparel, bedding, bath and home product lines.
