To obtain a position that utilizes my background in sales, customer service, and event/ training preparation and coordination along with my experience in education and marketing, in an environment that supports and encourages creativity.

- Responsible for monitoring and managing individual and team sales targets/ budgets
- Responsible for setting course and workshop calendar schedules, and ensure ability to meet and exceed department target/goal
- Track inquiries, enrollments, and marketing efforts to target new leads
- Track enrollments and payments to ensure accurate numbers with the Finance Department
- Work closely with retail to assist with events and workshops to cross-promote and maximize sales for both departments
- Consistently review sales techniques and implement new directives to ensure consistent service and information is being relayed in the most effective manner with maximum time efficiency
- Ensure status and compliance with state with Bureau of Private Post Secondary Education
- Take a proactive role in training and educating team members to maximize efficiency in various administrative areas, including but not limited to sales techniques, technology, reporting, and coordinating
- Coordinate and attend off-site industry experience for Academy team and alumni students, including annual participation in FiDM, Otis, and Art Institute annual fashion shows
- Oversee assessment photo-shoots for each course including booking photographers, payment, distribution of photos to makeup artists, and collation of images for Academy use
- Implement training for team where needed to maximize efficiency with technical, sales, and coordinating
- Ensure trainers maintain a high level of product knowledge and makeup skills, and keep current on latest trends and Napoleon Perdis techniques
- Provide feedback to team members for continued performance advancements, career planning and personal, as well as department, development and growth
- Maintain and proactively seek appropriate partnerships and opportunities to increase Academy awareness, interest and sales
- Submit all Marketing requests for Academy collateral, including copy and design with layout
- Update and/or draft internal and external Academy documents including enrollment forms, classroom rules and regulations, course descriptions, and marketing print and online collateral
- Regularly meet with Marketing & Digital Departments to review and implement new sales initiatives
- Regularly meet with Vice President to review status of team and individual goal and project

Brans Manager

- Secure enrollment sales for Academy certificate classes and workshops
- Handle all inbound inquiries via phone and email (heavy sales focused calls)
- Evaluate prospective students wants and lifestyle to promote and enroll into the appropriate course
- Conduct campus tours with prospective students to promote Academy Course and secure enrollment
- Liase and follow-up with Academy leads over the phone to secure enrollment sales
- Create individualized payment plans for prospective leads and enrolled students
- Book and process enrollments and payments
- Update and maintain Client Database
- Assist with planning and executing Academy Course and Workshop class calendar
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow-up with beauty college presentations
- Work with Creative Team at company events, promotions, and trainings
- Submit weekly and monthly reports as instructed

Sales Enrollment Coordinator

- Coordinate company Trade Show participation. This includes ordering all materials, creating jobs for all in-house creative and printing, hotel reservations, convention registration, payment, point of contact for show and show representatives, and all back-end preparation for attendees
- Assist Account Executives in pre-sales preparation: preparing media kits, Power Point presentations, hand outs and leave behinds such as PR articles and redemption/case studies
- Prepare and format redemption reports, case studies, and various documents
- Track Sales Executives performance and graph monthly
- Prepare graphs and comparisons for Account Executives reviews
- Oversee and work with Sales and Marketing Assistant to formulate and prepare various sales tools for Account Executives and Managers
Secondary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review publications and online content for client and prospect articles, as well as industry updates/changes
- Create and format slides for presentations with new content or products
- File and organize all client samples
- Proof and review contracts and agreements

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

- Coordinate company involvement in promotional events. This includes organizing the Quarterly Managers Conference, annual participation in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, and PR events such as involvement in the Newport Beach Beauty Pageant
- Manage and work closely with Corporate Educators to draft and formulate courses
- Plan and organize vendor product knowledge classes for store employees on and off site
- Act as the Corporate Liaison for reps and vendors for employee Product Knowledge
- Serve as the Primary Corporate Contact for all stores by assisting Store Managers with customer issues, giving approvals on all returns and refunds, as well as process all customer inquiries and complaints
