Michael Kirton is looking for  any  opportunity as a Business  Development or Outside Sales  rep. 5+ Years knowledge of  Action/Extreme  sports  industry. Over 15 years on  all types of boards, and  looking to prove myself at a  highly successful and  reputable sports organization.

Provide payroll, HR, and tax compliance solutions for small to medium sized businesses in the Greater Denver Area. Developed and maintain relationships with Banks, Partners, Clients and CPA's in the region to implement effective long-term payroll and HR platforms. Perform cold-calling, prospecting, networking and relationship building on an everyday basis to allow ADP's comprehensive solutions to service the span of the Greater Denver business community.

- Partnering with CPA's and Banks to reciprocate business and help mutual clients reach success
- Consulting with small business owners to discover how ADP can help retain top talent, increase cash flow, and mitigate risk
- Networking in person and over the phone with key decision makers in a designated territory
- Developing and executing a cold calling strategy to prospect targets for ADP payroll and HR solutions
- Strengthening existing and prospective client relationships through customer service and proactive thinking
- Representing stand-alone products of genuine interest to customers
- Mining existing and prospective clients for referral business
- Cross selling business outsourcing solutions to an existing client base
