•	Performed shooting, editing and graphic design for all projects ranging from student to paid client productions.
•	Oversaw all video shoots pre production activities by planning and coordinating budgets of up too $80,000 and maintaining all project management duties.
•	Preformed executive producer duties on commercials, documentaries, and short films by maintaining production schedules, payroll, script oversight, insurance, and budget.

EVENT MANAGER (CONTRACT)

•	Created & managed long-term relationships to provide turnkey transportation solutions by identifying revenue opportunities with both existing and new clients. 
•	 Expanded sales by 19% and increase ride share participation from 50 vans to 84 within 6 months resulting in 500,000 profit.
•	Rebranded the Vamonos van pool program by developing packaging and merchandising displays and promotional plans to support new and existing services.
•	Negotiated advertising sponsorship with the County of El Paso to execute first regional advertisement campaign in the western region consisting of digital media, print, radio, and internet.

MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

•	Responsible for planning and operating all action sports and outdoor program for Fort. Bliss.
•	Coordinated all logistics including (lodging, budget, and vendors) for out of town trips, race adventures, tournaments and marathons.
•	Increased Warrior Adventures Quest outreach by 50% by disseminating information through grass root marketing and presentation style briefings to high ranking government officials.
•	Developed all advertising and event campaigns like Can You Handle the Challenge, Commanders Cup, Kids Adventure, Great Colorado Voyage.

OUTDOOR RECREATION SPECIALIST

•	Researched marketing trends in local nightlife to recommend best course of action to reduce cost and maximize revenue for VIP services and client retention.
•	Responsible for providing event management and talent recruitment based on current entertainment trends. 
•	Oversaw the arrangement of table reservations and bottle service, and maintained $10,000 in daily sales for VIP reservations.

LEAD MARKETING HOST

•	Assumed primary duties in administering full operations of 6 entertainment venues. Ensured compliance and adherence to legal and regulatory procedures and policies. Prepared, wrote, and presented financial reports and pre/post event reports to higher management. 
•	Established a prominent & financially successful beverage department with an overall profit increase of 30% in 2007 resulting in average profit of 300,000 per month. 
•	Coordinaed local and national events including Alltel Wireless "Mi Circulo, Mi Música Tour” featuring Mexican rock bands Moenia, Moltof and Reik. El Paso Policeman's Annual Ball, EXA Radio. Little Wayne and Pitbull.
•	Recruited and hired 150 employees along with providing continuous training to hone their knowledge and experience regarding the work environment and their duties.
