I have worked in the  outdoor industry for 12  years with extensive  retail experience and 5  years as a Rep for The  North Face and Gramicci.

- Manage all aspects of sales with specialty and key accounts within the western territory of CA, NV, AZ and HI.

- Create new regional sales opportunities by prospecting and opening new accounts.

- Develop and nurture relationships with accounts to ensure a solid foundation of trust through knowledgeable and honest communication therefore maximizing the potential of steady growth.

- Activate local and national special events to maximize brand awareness while utilizing company marketing initiatives.

- Maintain an open line of communication with entire company including the president, sales team, marketing team, and RD&D thus creating a consistent and valuable relationship internally. 

- Forecast and manage a sales plan in order to meet and exceed goals within the region.

Sales floor leader responsible for store opening and closing.  Specialized in boot fitting and hard goods sales.  Travel to trade shows and on snow demos to oversee buying duties for all hard goods including skis, snowboards, boots and bindings.
