• Primary responsibilities are to support the collaboration of TNF Sourcing Strategies which optimizes cost, quality, availability, time to market and sustainability.
• Strong analytical skills in solving problem from development to production
• Strong knowledge of garment construction with attention to detail. Work closely with overseas factories and vendors to identify and resolve any quality and technical issues. Partner with Design and Sales to develop product, ensure correct execution of products and attain agreed-upon margin goals
• Partner with planning and forecasting to advise negotiated minimums, lead-times up charges and ensure accurate style forecasts. Assist Supply Chain Director with vendor allocation and product placement strategy for product Category
• Communicate with Sourcing (and travel as needed) to facilitate sourcing and product delivery.
• Ensure vendor meets product requirements and delivery expectations. Create approved vendor matrix, including costing and production capacities
• Work with Product Directors, to confirm final costing is completed and that seasonal category margins are accurate for sign off. And to come up with solutions to hit Margin Goals.
• Monitor and track salesman sample status for every season
Coordinate RTO (Outlet) programs with outlet buyer and regional offices
• Manages all aspects of the sourcing and procurement process for any USA and Canada Vendors and European Market.
• Launching of domestic production for 45-day production (Quick Turn) for Tee/Fleece and 100 % poly Hoodies.
• Launching of domestic production for 120 day production (120 Day Turn Prog) for Tee/Fleece and 100 % poly Hoodies.with built in inventory from Panama region with approx. 1500 SKU.
