Performance Advertising Account Manager

Surfing for me is more  than I sport is a  lifestyle. Bilingual:  English and Spanish from  Puerto Rico. I'm currently working as the Performance Advertising Account Manager at Phunware.  I have experience in advertising agencies, operations, retail, and SEM/SEO.  Surfing is my passion, and I know everything about the sport and athletes.  I am very outdoorsy and sporty.  I want to pursue my career in action sports industry and be devoted to it for the rest of my life.

Assist the Account Executives from branding and performance teams by:
-Creating Insertion Orders in Salesforce
-Help with RFP generation
-Assist with marketing collateral generation and dissemination
-Ensuring successful onboarding of new clients (requesting credit apps, etc) while managing and maintaining existing relationships
-Execute timely responses to client inquiries and ensuring the needs of the client are met
Following up on assets / tracking info from clients and ensure IOs are launched on time and spends are entered accordingly
-Monitor & review daily spends / performance / CTR to identify opportunities to improve performance and ensure client retention and growth. Coordinate with Ad Ops when needed
-Managing clients and their campaigns to successful completion
-Upsell to existing clients
-Report generation, creation and customization 
-Prospect potential clients for cost-per-install campaigns

Responsible for all aspects of ad support for the sales team, including ad troubleshooting, inventory forecasting, generating invoices and processing payments and refunds. Support Accounting and Finance team for accurate invoices of assigned advertising campaigns. Troubleshoot ad issues by working with simultaneous teams such operations, customer service and project managers to ensure proper delivery.

Advertising Operations Coordinator

Liaison between the client and agency staff to coordinate advertising campaigns utilizing Google AdWords. Work closely with clients on a daily basis throughout their campaign. Manage administrative and campaign work ensuring that clients advertising is serving their targeted audience under a specific budget. Handle over 50 clients per day and ensure all their needs are met based on clients expectations.

Account Executive

Identifying and promoting brand needs while using social media website to generate traffic and exploring target market needs. Work with editor-in-chief and vice-president/publisher with weekly marketing projects including charity events that will help the company build their image and help the local community. Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients’ social media strategy. Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and benchmarks . .

Intern

Select a business that will benefit from Google AdWords and give business proposition for a three month campaign under a specific budget. Manage search engine optimization on a daily basis. Proficient in all areas of Google AdWords such as click-through-rates, low cost-per-clicks, low impressions negative keywords, analytical ad text, geographic locations, and page ranking. Use budget efficiently and effectively throughout the campaign. Increase traffic to website, brand awareness, and restaurants reservations.

Team Captain/Google Strategist

Selected as one of the forty students by the Director of Student Center for Professional Development at the College of Business Administration. Participate as a mentee of Boeing Company’s customer relations department. Attend workshops weekly to maintain mentorship with Boeing’s corporate leaders. Participate and attend to corporate leadership retreats.

Trainee

Provided superior customer service to existing customers and eight supplier partners nationwide.  Established relationships with five regional vendors to ensure possession of necessary inventory at all times.  Assisted the visual merchandising team on floor sets and daily restock.  Prepared physical inventory and organized multiple stores. Efficiently processed incoming and outgoing transfers with inventory associates.

Implemented strategic planning techniques for creative advertisements, sales promotion, public relations, and new merchandise.  Hire photographer and be in direct contact with media outlets such as OC Weekly and OC Register to market store and gain recognition.  Manage inventories, order and replenish merchandise with sales receipts, multi-task and perform daily store tasks while remaining customer focused and prepare a daily record of transactions.
