Over the past 15 plus years I’ve had the opportunity to design clothing for top leading apparel brands. My background includes apparel & technical design. I have experience with illustrator, photoshop, plaid maker, MS programs, PLM & PDM systems, market research, team management, machine & hand sewing, pattern making, self taught crochet & knitting skills. A strategic & creative thinker with strong communication skills.

-Responsible for development of the Tony Hawk Young Men’s line & Laguna Swimwear for Men’s, Boy’s, 2-4T & 4-7
-Travel each season for trend research, develop line plan, color card, concept boards and time & action calendar.
-Manage design team from concept to development.
-Create CADS, technical drawings, artwork layouts & repeats.
-Review designers tech packs for garments, artwork & trims.
-Present line to sales team & clients.
-Communicate with overseas factories for garment detailing & construction.
-Inspect garments for correct detailing & fit. Partner with technical design in fittings & creating specs.
-Approvals of colors & artwork, oversee management of fabric & trim libraries.
