After over 3 years of working in the action sports industry, my ambition is to further my career in action sports film production and media management, as I feel this is where my strengths lie and I would like the opportunity to continually develop them over a long career. A positive, energetic and pro- active team player, I have  excellent multi-tasking and  organisational skills. I have  experience in action sports, film,  editing, post-production,  photography, social media  management, blogging and email  campaign creation.

Achievements	

-	Delivered, co-ordinated and assisted the editing of the Drift TV advert aired nationally on NBC
-	Facebook fan growth from 200,000 to 755,000 in 6 months
-	YouTube subscribers and Twitter fans have increased by 150%
-	Created Instagram account which currently has over 3,500 fans
-	Edited over 40 Drift videos in-house for all video channels, point of sale units and Instagram
-	Co-managed the product launch of the Drift HD Ghost in 2012 and the Drift Ghost-S in 2013

My role involved a variety of roles, most notably as the in-house film editor and social media manager. I update and coordinate content from around the world to post on our online channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Google + as well as our corporate blog.

I edit and upload our daily videos from events and Drift team athletes to our online channels and Point of Sale units.

My role also includes developing new media connections and communicating company releases to the press.
