•	Managed the Cricket Wireless Rate Plan portfolio and assisted in the launch of new rate plans to maximize customer lifetime value, including monitoring competitive trends, analyzing rate plan penetration, evaluating rate plan features, and directing the overall positioning of the rate plan portfolio. 
•	After the acquisition of Cricket by AT&T, developed the customer migration and product end of life strategy for Cricket Wireless rate plans, helping to maximize revenue and reduce transaction costs. 
•	Launched and managed Cricket’s Refer A Friend program, including the development of mycricket.com/refer and other marketing materials, resulting in annualized incremental revenue of $4.7M. 
•	Developed a “first month free” promotion for our Unlimited International Long Distance product, driving 50,000 additions of the product in two months and resulting in annualized incremental revenue of $3.4M.

•	Developed and implemented customer retention programs, including customer communications through email, SMS, and outbound calling, resulting in a 1.8% decrease in deactivations from January 2013 to December 2013.
•	Created and presented business plans to senior management for new customer retention initiatives, leading to the launch of multiple campaigns that lead to reductions in churn and increased customer lifetime value.
