Operations Manager

-First point of contact for customer inquiries pertaining to warranties, repairs, return authorization’s and product knowledge. Located resources for problem resolution and created best-option solutions.
-Managed troubleshooting issues with accounts in regards to Callaway Connect (online ordering tool).

Sales & Customer Service Representative

-Generated $150,000+ in revenue during opening year with the Rancho Bernardo Center.
-Coordinated all operations of the store: staff development, sales projections, meeting quotas, monthly inventory, client outings, demo days, corporate events, team meetings, social media presence, market research, local advertising, and more. 
-Handled customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service -requests. Located resources for problem resolution and created best-option solutions.
-Managed vendor relationships with Callaway, TaylorMade, Mizuno, Adams, and Cleveland.
