Production and Development Coordinator

Seasoned Product Developer with over 10 years of experience in Apparel.  Creative, hands-on professional eager to build a career in a company with professional growth and advancement opportunity.

• Utilize Full Circle to issue production POs to suppliers.
• Daily supplier communication to create/maintain internal Production WIP.
• Weekly posts in Monday to keep team updated on project status.
• Order account specific UPC stickers thru Fineline.
• Communicate incoming shipments to 3PL to ensure receipt into FC.
• Maintain QC defect rate <2% to accounts/customers.
• Manage dates for all open PO’s across multiple warehouses to ensure timely production delivery.
• Weekly SGS test receipt and distribution to all necessary accounts.

• Collaborate with design team in the hand-off of tech packs.
• Develop inline, quickstrike and SMU jewelry collections produced in China as well as domestic printables.
• Daily communication with suppliers to check status and advise any comments/changes from the design team.
• Negotiate prices; retrieve lead times and MOQ information.
• Daily posts in Monday to advise current project updates as well as maintain development tracker.

Product Developer

• Develop all domestic/imported printables and soft accessories.
• Create/maintain tech packs in Illustrator and communicate drops or changes to vendors.
• Ensure designers and vendors follow development calendar dates.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and MOQ with suppliers.
• Update/maintain Quest with all design specifications.
• Issue vendor sample PO's as well as internal PO and rep sample allocation sheet.
• Assist with catalog creation by photoshopping images and ensuring style descriptions/pricing are correct.

Product development for KR3W Apparel working with both the Design and Production teams. Communicate style, trim, fabric, and fit with factories. Issue PO's for all pre-production samples and ensure all orders ship out to US, Europe and Australia offices.

Manage work flow and efficiency of 20+ employee sewing room; oversee production of product from fabric/trim buying to quality control during sewing process and ensure shipping of all units by the deadline.
