Growing up in So-Cal, I have been exposed to multiple forms of action sports, and find myself drawn to the action and intensity that these athletes perform on a daily basis. Surrounding myself with passionate and intense individuals feeds my own personal passion to excel in all aspects of my life.

–	Source and purchase commodities in support of our company mission to provide a superior product in the off road UTV market.

–	Directed special transportation projects for trade show functions and activities on behalf of national long distance trucking company Champion Transportation, a division of World Pack.
–	Oversaw property management functions across various warehouse locations in Southern California, such as monitoring, maintenance, and addressing service and operations issues. 
–	Managed logistics for inbound and outbound freight at convention centers.
–	Created and developed programs and sold services as key member of trade show (inside) sales team that specialized in tradeshow transportation for this nationwide leader in transportation.


Executive Assistant

I am the General Manager for a warehouse and distribution company located in Southern California.  We opened our doors in 2011 and have continued to grow year by year.  We now have locations spread out over Southern California as well as an operations center in Las Vegas Nevada.

–	Reviewed quality and efficiency of all factors involved in production of fastener supplies and accessories to ensure product satisfaction for clients such as Safari Land, Fab-Tech, and Simpson Strong Tie.
–	Liaised between clients and manufacturers to establish clear guidelines and specifications for product production. 
–	Supervised assembly line processes, identified bottlenecks, analyzed productivity rates, and conducted performance management to maintain timely order fulfillment. 
–	Performed stamping and assembly of Toyota running boards: purchased aluminum fixtures and set items in stamping machines to punch dimples and holes, adhere plastic step pads, and add end caps. Packaged products and coordinated distribution to Toyota, and other companies as required.
