B2B Account Manager

o	Enters orders for the Wholesale Division of Gregory into SAP.
o	Manage Orders from the time they are received in SAP until time of shipment.
o	Proactively monitors fill rates and cancel dates. Request extensions or new orders to be created as needed.
o	Research inventory issues and monitor inbound receipts for orders that have remaining units needing to ship.
o	Inform Sales personnel and Customer Service team of potential delivery problems or inventory issues.
o	Resolve all customer telephone/e-mail inquiries, both internal and external, regarding status of shipment, UPC inquiries, availability of product, pricing inquiries, returns, and proofs of delivery.
o	Maintains current and intimate knowledge of their territory’s customers. Will partner with the customer master team to ensure data within SAP is always current and accurate.  
o	Responsible to issue Return Authorizations in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Samsonite/Gregory Returns Procedure. 
o	Responsible for coordinating with credit manager on collection issues and customer credit limits.
o	Partner with Compliance in order to effectively manage the Customer Service department’s role with the chargeback process.
o	Back-up the Direct Consumer (Pre and Post) team with Domestic consumer inbound/outbound calls and e-mails.

Wholesale Account Rep
