Account Manager

Managing a growing database of 1300+ customers across the United States.
Consistently met and have exceeded set monthly quota’s ranging from $30,000-­-$70,000+ per month. Managing ship times for seasonal products to make sure the product arrived in a timely manor. Up sell customers on larger displays and cross-­sell product based off re-­order numbers and trends. Educate customers with seasonal programs and coordinate appropriate ship dates to meet specific needs. Primary contact for all In-House and Open-­Accounts. Assisting Field-­Suppressed accounts when the field representative is unable to provide customer support. Successful in coordinating ship times and product placement for multiple rooftop customers.

I managed a growing database of 1,300 new qualified leads that were interested in Leanin’ Tree. Qualified prospective customers in order to implement new product that would help increase their incremental sales, leading them to be long term customers with Leanin’ Tree.
Opened an average of twenty-­five new accounts for Leanin’ Tree per month.
Followed up with new customers to cross sell them with other Leanin’ Tree product.
Contributed to gross amount of 1 million plus per month for the inside sales department.

New Account Specialist

I managed a dynamic database of 1,500 Leanin' Tree customers that had not re-ordered within the last two years. Accurately assessed why the customer had not re-ordered with Leanin' Tree and provided them with solutions and products that would increase their sales and re-orders. I needed to maintain a minimum sales quota of $13,000 per month, reaching 110% in the second month with this role. Once a customer was reacted they would then go back into an account managers database as the customer was expected to continually re-order from then on.

Account Reactivation Specialist

As a lead generator I was required to take data and create warm leads for the new account specialists. This consisted of dialing purchased lists to find interest and provide product material based off the customers needs. Job requirements consisted of(but not limited to) making three-hundred dials per with an average of 17 leads per day, and being able to multitask while on the phone. Using the SAP sales program I needed to ask specific questions to each store to make sure they were a qualified Leanin' Tree customer.

Lead Generator

Established rapport with customers, provided accurate information about all products in the store, and built customer confidence in purchases, resulting in customer retention. 
Through a team effort, the team increased sales for the Front Range store, which lead to Boulder Ski Deals being in the top two in sales for the Front Range each week. Described and promoted products in line with the customers expressed needs, as well as promoted purchase of related products leading to an increased personal customer base. Helped formulate a queue system to better accommodate the customers within the store. Customers could be processed faster leading to a decrease in wait time. I focused on the sales of snowboards for the 2011/2012 season and worked the entire floor for the 2012/2013 season.
