I am a design student turned into product developer in the action sports industry. My knowledge extends from garment and textile construction, to vendor relationships and sourcing, to PLM super user and internship coordinator. I've worn a lot of hats at RVCA and continue to learn each day new skills that I can excel at.

•Created and published relevant daily content on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
•Implemented a post/content calendar to plan direct, well-timed marketing campaigns
•Elevated following from 6,800 to 92,700 on Instagram with over 20,000 profile views per week

Events and Socil Media Manager

•Supervised timelines and production schedules to move product in timely and organized fashion 
•Planned merchandise orders and maintained inventory based on lead times and sales patterns
•Improved direct-to-consumer can sales in weekly releases of an average of $25,000 worth of beer (in person, to go) to sell in 1.5 hours from opening
•Organized anniversary celebrations, including a ticketed 600 person, 4-hour beer festival 
•Completed over 30 online beer releases totaling over $300,000
•Filed and maintained records for all beers and labels through ABC and TTB agencies

Operations Manager

•Negotiated prices for bulk orders and fabrics directly with vendors, including travel to Hong Kong for international meetings
•Created and controlled purchase orders, line plans, SKU plans, and comment sheets
•Worked closely with catalog editor on catalog proofs and managing product photo shoots for accurate images and descriptions
•Managing multiple lines in the database by creating line plans and styles and tracking samples and fabrics •Training new employees and new supervisors in new and existing PLM procedures
