PROGRAM ANALYST II

• Program Analysis for Ecommerce client websites with Assortment Analysis, Costing and Pricing, P&L analysis, Markdown Analysis, Customer and Buying Trends Analysis. Supporting over 50 launches per year!
• Managing profitability and margin increases to maximize sales and minimize loss. Largest accounts in the company totaling over $25 Million Dollars.
• Managing all department to the one goal of profitability! Coordinating Program Managers, Merchandising, Buyers, Vendors, Ecommerce and Marketing to ensure all skus are profitable. Being the margin police.

• Maintained all licensing standards- QC, specs, color, fabric, factory compliance, samples and approvals.
• Created and established all production timelines for Manufacturing- Technical design, components, production, factory, packaging and logistics.
• Cost projections, maintained margin, and managed cost throughout production.
• Product development from design concept, thread and fabric, spec and patterns, working with production manager, managed factory, managed packing process, and shipping logistics.
• Assortment planning and development for Outdoor Brands, Music Brands/Touring, Private Label brands. (For example; Yeti, Rocky Boots, Magellan, Drake, Music Licensing and Brand Licensing.
• Logistics, Package Return Policy and EDI requirements for multiple retailers; Academy, Cabela's, Bass Pro, PacSun, Urban Outfitters, Hot Topic, Zumiez, etc.

Executive Sales/ Account Manager

• Store operation with a focus on driving sales and customer service. Managed framing room schedule and framing production. Ensured profitability with supplies.
• Increased comp. sales from down 10% to positive 6% in 6 months.
• Managed store remodels and setting up new store procedures. Managed inventory procedures and transfers with corporate team for new stores. Worked with city permits and contractors to complete project timelines.

General Manager/ New Stores

• Supervised six account managers that manage 200+ clients. Initiated client assortment plans and strategies with new contracts and productivity while maintained inventory. Resolving ending contracts and setting up strategies to decrease inventory risk. Worked with legal team to finalize contracts.
• Marketed and organized events with band managers for new product launches and performances. Booth set ups.
• Managed the art department to develop all product concepts and production. Directed art department with all graphic designs and prioritizing product development for retail sales.
• Build product assortments and budgets for e-commerce, retail and touring for product launch. Managed inventory levels with new product launches and markdown closeouts.
• Worked with production to develop products and oversee quality controls to obtain client approvals. Ensured all production is correct, meets standards, and meets timelines for clients.
• Negotiated costs and increased company margins. Saved the company over $200,000 in sourcing expenses.
• Implemented and trained team with new accounting system FDM4(Oracle). Developed new processes for billing accuracy.
