Owner/ Lead Photographer

• Act as production lead on design projects, events, and photo shoots; leading teams of up to 15.
• Create an active dialogue with the client to effectively assess needs and accurately deliver desired results.
• Analyze vendor prices and estimates to negotiate contracts to ensure lowest cost and savings for various
projects.
• Organize and execute photo shoots while utilizing an extensive range of technical equipment, including
cameras, lenses, lighting, and software.
•Organize and maintain photography server.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow the client's standards to ensure all images produced are high-quality, consistent and completed on or before the deadline.





Use creativity to efficiently execute solo projects under challenging time constraints and deadlines.
• Proactively contribute to the creative process from the beginning of a project through delivery.
• Work with social media and On-Air graphics departments to create unique and engaging content to
connect multiple channels and stories.
•	Shoot and edit portrait and sports photography for seasonal and special project releases for use on NFL.com, sales and social media.
•	Organize and maintain photography server.
•	Concept ideas for photo shoots and lifestyle flats.
•	Attention to detail and ability to follow company standards to ensure all images produced are high-quality, consistent and completed on or before deadline.
•	Help in producing larger photo shoot with models and locations. 


Photographer/ Photo Editor

• Accurately project and manage budgets and personnel for both long-term and short-term projects. 
• Incorporate art direction from design team and/or client to ensure images meet the formal and conceptual requirements of publications, collateral materials and other communication vehicles.
• Utilize excellent customer service and communication skills to act as liaison between the agency and its various clients.

Staff Photographer/Assistant Account Executive

• Provide photography, video production, social media and graphic design support for in-house production team, events, signage, promotions and marketing elements.
• Use website management and journalism experience to create and publish same day website content which lead to a top 3 ranking among league website traffic. 
• Process, retouch and archive all team images, both historic and current.
•	Organize and maintain photography server.
•	Attention to detail and ability to follow team standards to ensure all images produced are high-quality, consistent and completed on or before deadline.
