VP of Ways and Means

-Head of all school fundraisers, working with a committee, to plan and organize fundraising activities.
-Focuses on raising the amount of funds needed to meet the unit’s budge, fundraising close to $100,000 per school year.
-Responsible for marketing all school events by creating catchy and informative flyers and social media posts.
-Responsible for creating and ordering all banners made for school events and sponsors.
-Head of school spirit wear. This includes creating the design, all the ordering, advertising and selling. 
-Heading the schools silent auction by requesting donations from local and corporate donors with over 200 packages to bid on. 
-Working closely with administration and teachers to provide top notch fundraising events that give back to the students and families of our school. 



-Managing the customer service department and overseeing their day to day performance with their designated accounts and vendors.
-Maintaining customer partnerships and satisfaction by working closely and being the main source of contact, with core accounts (such as VF Corporation (VANs), Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, Alpinestars, Metal Mulisha, Hot Topic, Neff, etc….). 
-Providing daily communication and offering the most recent, forward thinking print techniques in the industry. This includes increasing monthly impression goals over 10% yearly, for the past four years.
-Being responsible for all incoming PO’s, sourcing/ordering of blanks, trims and monitoring product life from sampling to finished goods. This includes working directly with domestic and overseas vendors (such as Alstyle, Delta, Fantasy, EI-LO, Brand ID, TT Global, etc…). 
-Overseeing and working directly with cut and sew factories (such and Fantasy, Mydyer, Paktex, ect…) on full package programs as well as contract pr
