Managed a staff of 60 ensuring consistent customer service day-to-day. Supervised 100+ exhibitors maintaining guests high-quality satisfaction, as well as a smooth-running operation. Led my team with load in/strike of site. Main point person to Director of Operations

Operations Manager - Freelance 

Managed and trained the front desk customer care team on all guidelines and procedures  to ensure the clients received the highest level of care in addition to assigning tasks, scheduling, and overseeing client’s treatment plans. 
Key Brand Ambassador by sharing awareness to brands  and products through different athletic events participated.
Strategized all event logistics, oversaw the monthly calendar and budget as well as created new and unique events for our members.
Spearheaded a health and wellness outreach program, which included  4+ events a month resulting in an additional $500-$3,000 of revenue.


Customer Care Manager 

 Established relationships with local businesses and brands such as Patron, Health-Aid Kombucha, VitaCoco, Red Bull, NEFT Vodka etc. for in-kind donations resulting in 100k+ fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Partnership and Activations - Freelance 

Strategized budgets averaging $50-80k with attendance of 150+ per event.
Management over rentals, staffing, guest lists, layout, invoicing,  and all travel accommodations resulting in a smooth experience for all staff members and attendees.
Successfully generated upward of $50-$100k in sponsorship revenue per event from companies like Flow Canna, Green Table, and High Times Magazine


Event Coordinator  - Freelance 

Over saw three territories and work with 7 different reps. Assisted is promotional events, and aided in trade show production.Industry expert in monitoring competition by gathering current market place information and marketing techniques. Procured and developed business opportunities. 

In House Sales

Managed and trained the staff on Go Rentals products and how to properly sell the product. Exemplary curiosity and professionalism which established long term clients. Lead a small team to bring in $1.9 million in revenue for the year. Consulted with guests, identified sales opportunities, overcame objectives, and maintained meaningful relationships which ultimately turned into sales.
