Career Highlights and Strengths: Grew sales and revived staff morale of an underperforming Bike Gallery location in less than one year. I have been instrumental in the successful opening and continuing operation of two concept stores featuring the Specialized bike brand. Advertising Sales Director

Directed day to day retail sales floor operation including supervision of retail, technical and back office staff, responsible for daily cash receipts, arrangement of floor set, in-store fixturing and window displays, market trend analysis, product assortment selection and ordering, outreach and cultivation of new customer bases.

Achieved increased sales from 2.5 million to over 3 million dollars per year in one of the nation’s largest and most successful Specialized bike brand concept stores, helped lead the successful expansion of a second location, number one S-Works bicycle dealer in the US for 2011.

Management of day to day retail sales floor operation including hiring, training, and supervision of an industry leading retail and technical staff, responsible for daily cash receipts, liaison for the shops elite race team.

Established flagship concept store model featuring Specialized bicycle brand, coordinated retail floor design and layout including custom fixtures, and a state of the art bicycle fit studio, achieved annual sales of 3.5 million dollars in the second year of operation, maintained inventory control with shrink of less than one percent of annual sales, co-authored the Employee Policy & Procedures Manual, organization of public outreach and event support for MS 150, Arthritis Foundation, Team in Training, and AIDS Lifecycle charities, worked closely with Specialized Global Marketing Department to achieve high visibility of the brand and maximize market share, negotiated bicycle unit contracts with three local law enforcement agencies.

Developed and supervised rock climbing wall, teen and tutoring programs, summer resident camp director, supervised maintenance and repair for community center, drafted and met budget projections for rock climbing wall, teen, and tutoring programs, summer resident camps, and the physical plant.

Helped recruit and train an annual volunteer campaigner division that contributed to $500,000+ in donations, instrumental in growing resident camp enrollment from less that 200 to over 360 including recruitment and training of over 100 volunteer staff, successfully guided execution of facility upgrades including fire sprinkler replacement, installation of new boiler, refinishing of gym floor, and installation of a new gym curtain.
