		Managed key product categories from concept to product launch. Categories included battery cases, USB Type-C power products, wireless charging products, protective cases and a line of modular phone accessories. Worked with a cross-functional team to bring new product lines to market in record time. Managed  key collaboration projects with top tier phone manufacturers and other leading, mobile accessory brands.  

- Led domestic and international teams as well as china based factories and consultants to produce a complete modular case system in less than 3 months.

-Managed mophie’s primary product lines of power cases, a business valued in excess of $70 million.

-Personally managed more than a dozen product lines with more than 200 individual SKU’s.


Sr. Product Category Manager

		Managed and mentored TYLT & DIMMI brand product development teams in the sourcing, development and launch of mobile accessories from Cigarette Lighter Adapters to IoT and Digital Signage products. Drove improvements in the PM and PD processes to achieve reduced time-to-market, improve customer acceptance, increase sales and improve quality. Facilitated communication with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, contractors and vendors.

-Drove the development of a custom, digital signage product for one of the largest beverage companies in the world in support of a $70 Million business opportunity.

-Developed a new product definition and management process that improved quality and time-to-market while reducing PM labor up to 30%.

-Developed a proprietary system for tracking new technologies and market trends, identifying related liabilities and opportunities and generating action plans.


Product Development Manager

		Managed the development, assembly and qualification of custom, robotic assembly machines for solar, semiconductor and other high-tech industries. Coordinated cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. Acted as a customer liaison for high-tech manufacturers including Samsung, Google, Hitachi, Avago, Analog Devices, Micron, Denso and Gentex.

-Utilized a fusion of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies to minimize lead times and achieved better than 97% on-time project delivery..

-Participated in strategic planning and tactical implementation of new company policies and practices including Six Sigma and 5S practices as well as a complete metamorphosis of the company culture.

-Managed project budgets in excess of 2 Million dollars to meet or exceed anticipated gross margins.
