Over 10 years in retail experience (9 in snow/skate industry), excellent consumer/customer relations and service, strong communication skills both written and verbal.  Looking to take the next step and am seeking marketing/customer service position in snow and/or skateboard industry.

Oversee storefront; provide superior customer service to high profile clientele; send creative weekly store update emails company wide to increase store traffic;  inventory management; oversee special orders to outside parties from conception to completion; write orders for menswear, womenswear, accessories and home goods; merchandise storefront with current product offerings as they arrive monthly
