•	Web development: content, maintenance, new content, blog, e-newsletter, blasts
•	Retail, Management: maintaining staffs and strict budgets (both of all sizes)  
•	Social media, PR, tradeshows, new product launches

•	Creative/technical writing and designs:  complete campaigns, scripts for videos and animations, story boards and plans for presentations, town hall meetings, stakeholders, shareholders and corporate board of directors.

Responsible for member retention, over 20 events and tournaments per month, interoffice communication, social media, design campaigns and basically being the Julie McCoy of the Coto De Caza Golf & Racquet Club.

Director of Markeing

All aspects of marketing/PR, communications, creative, sales  and daily operations including budgets, campaigns, clients, sales and tradeshows. Daily responsibilities include working with president and controller on management / financials decisions.

Lead in projects- creative marketing concept, overseeing creative team,  writing / editing, websites, video producing & writing,  press checks/ mail houses.  Creating full advertising campaigns to increase awareness and sales, events, grassroots-launches to follows up, promotions, PR Planning media campaigns: research, negotiating, placement & recon, media plans & buys, hiring & working with staff and vendors, client relationships, budgets

Creative Director

Responsible for marketing duties including increasing traffic, sales, budgets, hiring/training staff, onsite promotions, client relations,  corp platform awareness (new branding, corp charity).  Daily management & operational duties, overseeing several departments; 24/7 call for emergencies
