International Sales Support and Customer Service

Extensive product knowledge with creative ideas for product applications and a solid history of sales success. Proven ability to develop sales potential in new market areas. •	Manage order files from all Canada, Asia, Australian accounts and distributors.
•	Worked directly with European distributors and showrooms to collect, enter, and ship orders completely. 
•	Responsible for managing routing with freight forwarders and preparing all necessary international shipping documents. 
•	Work with production and international factories for executing drop shipment directly to distributor.
•	Supply distributors RTVs and credit memos. 
•	Provide order file tracking report to proactively monitor order fulfillment


•	Fast accurate order and data entry.
•       EDI and Allocations.
•	Consent communication with outside sales reps.
•	Maintain open order bulks for large key accounts- Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Barney’s, and Bergdorf Goodman.
•	Work with production to ensure product will arrive on time to fulfill open orders.
•	Communicate with planning and sales reps to help assist in forecasting enough product will be produced.
•	Deliver accurate ATS reporting to sales reps.
•	Provide up to date booking and shipping reports.


Domestic Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Operations

•	Responsible for working closely with the outside sales reps to manage their accounts.
•	Pay close attention to rep’s business by providing excellent reports to help manage sales growth.
•	Accurate and timely order entry.
•	Assist with company trade shows and sales meetings.
•	Have a strong knowledge of the data entry system.
•	Assist with collecting payments with credit card accounts and past due balances.
•	Calling for COD shipment approvals as directed.
•	Strong product knowledge to better improve sell through and growth per account.
•	Provide accurate availability of product reports to accounts and reps

Inside Sales and Customer Service

•	Responsible for managing customer services and keeping in consistent communication with all accounts.
•	Provide daily updates on sales goals, leads and orders. 
•	Daily input of all orders received for prompt shipping.
•	Organizing incoming sell through reports from accounts. 
•	Answer one time customer calls, and assist with any order dilemmas. 
•	Work at industry trade shows promoting company and product. 
•	Producing reporting for product; ATS, EDI, etc. 
•	A thorough understanding of RA policy; how to enter RA’s for proper credit when directed.
•	Using all time management and organizational skills to take care of all issues promptly and thoroughly.
Other duties assigned by management.

•	Set meetings with accounts for trade shows, scheduled road work.
•	Maintained excellent support with clients; facilitated and expedited product orders to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
•	Responsible for first class sales service for customer inquiries by providing product information.
•	Surpassed sales goals for at once sales, and prebook sales.
