Marketing Coordinator

I am currently working as a Marketing Coordinator for Telogis, Inc. where I provide support to the VP of Marketing and team. Some of my achievements include managing marketing and public relations activities, promotional items and event management. Some of my accomplishments include launching and maintaining the online company store and the execution of the overall marketing plans. Moreover, I am highly skilled in researching competitive promotional items, price negotiation, as well as needs and wants of customers to develop the most effective marketing niche. 

As a self-confident and creative Marketing Coordinator, I work as a great team member and have a great attitude in the face of adventure. I feel I would be an asset to any company as a well organized, motivated employee with excellent communication skills.




•	Responsible for coordinating all company events, including finding and booking talent/entertainment, managing payment for vendors and managing decor
•	Provide support to Tradeshow & Event Logistics Manager to include ensuring items are packed and shipped to location
•	Inventory management of backdrops, banners, promotional items and other marketing materials
•	Provide support to Marketing and Public Relations teams. Monitor online content, tag hits and track images for press releases  
•	Responsible for all promotional items. Works directly with domestic and international vendors to negotiate best pricing
•	Process expense reports for VP and Marketing Department
•      Launched and currently maintain online company store, duties include selecting vendor, apparel and accessories, selecting looks for photo shoot, creating outfits and looks for website photos.
•	Support vendor management, researching new vendors, new promotional ideas/trends












•	Coordinate and maintain all operations of sales order process and order analysis 
•	Run daily reports for analysis and distribution to other departments 
•	Monitor orders in ERP system to ensure timely shipping and prevent delays 
•	Manage and analyze backorders to meet target fulfillment dates 
•	Handle distribution and shipping to meet customer deadlines 
•	Create order fulfillments, generate packing slips
•	Set up new customers in system, ensuring necessary contract agreements, purchase orders and   payment information is complete
•	Expedite orders when required and monitor flow
•	Execute month and quarter end shipping goals
•	Handle contract renewals and billing 
•	Approve shipments in system; verify orders are billed at correct shipping cost and service rate

Fulfillment Coordinator

•	Sales order process and confirm receipt of orders
•	Allocate inventory items and determine ship dates using ERP system
•	Set up new customers in system, ensuring credit and sales tax documentation are current
•	Verify pricing and product availability in accordance with customer requirements
•	Ensure on-time shipment through order maintenance and management  
•	Run and analyze domestic and international sales order reports, distribute to management daily
•	Generate customer invoices for all product sales
•	Interact with Sales, Marketing and Operations regarding product availability, pricing, or production issues
•	Manage all Accounts Receivable and initiate collection efforts
•	Manage and analyze outstanding accounts 
•	Initiate RMAs (product and instrument returns)

Sales Order Coordinator

•	Process purchase orders and manage forecast per customer request
•	Point of contact for customers regarding status of order (pricing, rework of parts, QC, shipping, delivery)
•	Prepare quotes per customer request
•	Prepare daily shipping report and handle all discrepancies
•	Track and manage outstanding shipping orders (inventory, shipping, delivery dates)
•	Create daily failure analysis report and on-time delivery report for each customer  
•	Issue RMA’s, process sales order transmittal forms (SOAF), and engineering change order forms (ECO)
•	Coordinate and schedule department conference calls and compose meeting minutes
•	Maintain RMA log and corrective action log
•	Maintain all customer account records
