With a diverse  background, my  management and  supervision of  shipping/receiving,  storage, inventory  control,purchasing and  customer service has  provided me the  opportunity to  successfully manage  millions of dollars  worth of inventory.

•	Supervise all operational functions in order processing, inventory control, shipping, receiving, processing of product for daily shipments/sales, marketing, customer service and accounting for cellular phones and supplies.
•	Responsible for the specific team performance in order to achieve the operational goals of timeliness, quality, and customer service.
•	Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
•	Maintain proper maintenance of company vehicles including a forklift.
•	Manage 20 team members daily. Create and provide S.O.P.’s for staff training.
•	Ensure day-to-day management and associate activities are aligned with the location safety strategy.
•	Closely manage associates' working hours and activities to minimize overtime and to meet or exceed productivity targets.

Operations Supervisor

•	Enter all orders, pull proper inventory to ship out, package and apply Fed-Ex/UPS labels for orders to ship spinal implants, hardware and spinal implant instruments/surgical trays.
•	Invoice all orders that shipped out and email a copy to each customer every day.
•	Aggressively work accounts receivable reports. Inquire about any/all past due invoices with the customer(s) using a very polite and tactful approach while staying on top of any that had not replied or neglected to pay as promised.
•	Request payment schedules and monitor anticipated receipt dates.
•	Help monitor distributor accounts and orders and list the proper commission percentages. Share with our AP person for proper outgoing payments to our distributors in a timely manner.
•	Handle all incoming calls and questions from customers and/or direct the calls to the proper staff member.
•	Count and rotate inventory as well as receive incoming product from the field or distributors and put in the proper stock location.
•	Purchase office supplies, business cards and special project supplies that may be needed.

Customer Service/Sales Operations Representative

•	Manage order entry processes for Southern California Edison orders and various SCE locations and address all delivery needs throughout Southern California. 
•	Obtain quotes from manufacturers and/or suppliers for product that meet SCE's standards, compare quotes to each other to provide the best product at a great price, encouraging less "lead time" for receipt of products from suppliers.
•	Encourage each supplier to offer WESCO lower charges which offers potential to their company for future orders.
•	Initiate Return Authorizations (RMA's) for products needing to be returned, arrange for RMA's to be returned to manufacturers if desired and to avoid return stocking fees if possible, initiate credit to SCE for each return and forward to accounting.
•	Troubleshoot any/all delivery and/or inventory issues SCE may run across to help ensure they have all the needed product for any/all assigned jobs that may be scheduled and to keep the needed items in their warehouses to pull against when needed.
•	Handle occasional emergency needs and order requests that SCE may run across in regards to weather, fires, etc., and to get WESCO's customer everything needed as quickly as possible.
•	Submit reports to SCE every week in regards to each pending back order that has not been delivered yet to better inform SCE when each back order should be filled, to better help schedule future jobs .
•	Expedite any/all unexpected delays of product with the suppliers/manufacturers as well as always keeping SCE informed of my progress.

Inside Sales Representative

•	Management of $70 million dollars in consigned and manufactured inventory. 
•	Established all existing procedures and protocol for distribution, receiving and inventory control, including providing all tools needed to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. 
•	Managed all inventory aspects of the main warehouse, 18 external sales representatives and 10 distributors in alternate US locations and was completed successfully and accurately.
•	Worked directly with purchasing to provide inventory purchase requests and/or return authorizations. 
•	Utilized data from monthly usage rates as well as anticipated sales projections to improve performance with a minimal amount of inventory levels, month over month. 
•	Supervised all processes for complete inventory management internally and externally providing an extremely low percentage of unexplained variances with an average 99.996 percent accuracy. 
•	Provided leadership and management to 4 other employees in warehouse and inventory control, and was responsible for hiring employees, and terminations when required. 
•	Responsible for processing $25 million in sales orders annually. 
•	Enter all orders into the system and mail out invoices for all orders providing purchase order numbers. 
•	Obtain purchase order numbers from customers for all orders received with no PO number provided and mail out the invoices. 
•	Receive checks and credit card payments and enter data into QuickBooks. 
•	Deposit all checks into the bank and post all credit card payments electronically. 
•	Troubleshoot any payments that are different than expected to see why they were not paid in full, correct the original order and/or discuss the difference with the customer to receive full payment and/or make necessary adjustments or credits. 
•	Regularly speak with all sales representatives and distributors to provide any needed data, directly help customers on product information, past usage sheets or original order data. 
•	Responsible to enter all daily orders and mail out all invoices for accounts receivable. 
•	Manage updates to the companies "order calendar" with all activities required for the entire sales team.

Warehouse Manager/Customer Service/Staff Accountant

•	Managing a full medical equipment service center with 15 employees and a service center in Hawaii with 2 employees, my responsibilities were to ensure proper infectious control, quality control, delivery/pick up, and customer service to Orange County, most of LA County and all of Hawaii-based medical care settings for acute, extended and home care patients. 
•	12 of the 15 employees and I were required to possess commercial ranked drivers licenses to help prove our level of professionalism and commitment to quality. 
•	Managed products including specialized frame beds, custom air mattresses/pads and VAC units (vacuum assisted closure). 
•	Provided leadership in all areas of inventory control, payroll/vacation reporting, staffing, training and customer service and performed in a manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 
•	Provided supervision and management for the crews of 6 commercial sized delivery trucks and two vans to ensure prompt deliveries, proper medical cleanliness and recorded vehicle mileage for routine vehicle maintenance.

Service Manager

•	Physically inspected all incoming inventory of donor tissue for potential flaws as well as data accuracy. 
•	Maintained quarantined and distributable stock. 
•	Performed monthly physical inventories to ensure appropriate inventory levels and accuracy. 
•	Ensured excellent customer service duties of myself and my team; receiving calls from hospitals and customers, and guaranteed repeat, happy customers. 
•	Created customer orders and provided pricing and inventory availability, as well as managed all back orders for future shipments. 
•	Ensured that the appropriate inventory was processed and shipped timely, which included inventory of donor tissues including heart valves, skin and many different biological bone and bone products. 
•	Responsible to maintain and order stock of all shipping supplies and Fed-Ex supplies as well as general oversight to the critical shipping process using dry ice and liquid nitrogen. 
•	Regularly monitored the liquid nitrogen shipping containers, frozen storage areas and maintaining proper amount of dry ice.

Customer Service Specialist II

•	Management of four separate facilities in Orange County and Los Angeles including supervising 4 warehouse employees on all shipping and receiving of medical supplies, rehabilitation machines, CPM units (continuous passive motion) and equipment. 
•	Managed an inventory control clerk on all aspects of inventory control, creating reports and tracking. 
•	Provided supervision and route oversight to a full time delivery driver (as well as 3 of the warehouse staff) to ensure on-time deliveries and pick-ups of units as requested. 
•	Supervised complete preventive maintenance and repair (when applicable) on all vehicles and equipment as well as complete preventive maintenance and quality documentation of all medical units and rehabilitation machines.
•	Purchased and maintained complete stock of all warehouse, office and production inventory. 
•	Provided excellent customer service to all internal and external clients.
