Account Manager

Work with Current/New Accounts as a point of contact and provides customer support, upselling,
technical assistance and day to day management of their business with Kanex.
•	Collaborates daily with Inside Sales Team and President to increase sales
•	Accounts include Amazon, Houzz, Zuilly, D & H Distributors, and Synnex
•	Responsible for pulling thru all Amazon EDI and entering any necessary orders for other accounts
•	Run inventory and selling reports to maintain proper stock for Amazon Seller Central
•	Create weekly report to provide the YTD and weekly sales along with showing Top Selling products
•	Review all Amazon product listings to ensure the proper images and descriptions 
•	Work with Marketing to request images to highlight our products and their selling features
•	Meet with Product Managers to review current and new items
•	Attend Trade Shows and meet with current/potential accounts to review their product assortments


Worked with Outside Sales Team, President, VP of Operations, VP of Sales, Production, EDI, Accounting, and Graphics to support each department with their daily tasks
•	Work with VP of Sales/Outside Sales Team to create presentations and pull all necessary samples for upcoming meetings with current/potential clients 
•	Work with Production and Graphics to ensure that the correct packaging is on all current/WIP products
•	Manage the Customer Program Sheets with correct pricing and contact information is up to date for the EDI and Account departments
•	Follow up daily with the President and VP of Operations to ensure that all necessary requests (pricing for presentations, sample requests, sample reviews) are being completed in a timely manner
•	Work in Vendor Portals to complete cost sheets and pull all vendor compliance guides



Sales and Marketing Assistant

Order Management Coordinator (Target Team)
Work with Outside Sales Team, Account Managers, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Production
Teams to complete all Mens/Boys/Toddler garment programs from creation to completion
•	Responsible for weekly production meeting to provide status update for all current programs
•	Create Packing Instructions to show how the garments need to be completed by the Contractors including working with Purchasing to order all necessary trim that is to be used on the garment
•	Work daily in the Target POL system setting up ISUs/AISUs 
•	Communicate daily with Outside Sales Reps to inform them of any necessary information needed from Target and to update them regarding any issues that arises about a current program that needs to ship
•	Follow up daily with Production Team to ensure that our Contractors will ship garments on time

Order Management Coordinator

-Retail Compliance Coordinator 
Worked with the Legal Department, Sales, Sales Support, Credit Department, Production, and the Warehouse, to ensure that service provided was compliant with accounts’ requirements for all brands.
•	Accountable for the set up and testing for all new EDI and VIA accounts 
•	Researched and reviewed all charge backs received from Core/Major, EDI, and VIA accounts
•	Constructed and implemented a Compliance Tracker thru SharePoint to track and show the  result of all charge backs
•	Work with Sales Support Team to properly set up and update all new accounts and to properly complete all new vendor paperwork

-Sales Support Operations Assistant 
Responsible for daily process and follow thru of all EDI Pos for all brands and worked with Sales Support EDI Specialists to resolve any EDI issues and concerns.
•	Produced weekly sales reports to be sent to Sales Management of all brands to better track accounts and their pending issues
•	Attended weekly meetings with the Sales Support Coordinators to ensure that all accounts were being handled effectively
•	Trained all new hires and head up training sessions with the Coordinators

-Sales Support Coordinator 
Oversaw the day to day operations for 3 Sales Support Representatives.
•	Communicated with buyers of EDI accounts regarding any issues that might arise as part of their EDI orders
•	Helped create and implement a training guide for all new Sales Support Representatives
•	Worked daily with outside Sales Representatives, Credit Department, and the Warehouse to ensure that their accounts Pos ship on time

Retail Compliance Coordinator

-Sales Manager
Created, promoted and coordinated large group events, park promotions, and special events in order to achieve
monthly revenue goals.  Identified new opportunities for sales growth and large event by reviewing prospective
large companies in the area.  Worked to create a new Birthday Program by marketing to targeted demographics
through specific publications to increase monthly revenue.
•	Coordinated all inside/outside sales efforts
•	Created and executed promotions to increase park revenue such as Youth Night, Grad Nights, and Corporate events
•	Managed a Sales Office of 3 assistants and 17 party hosts
