Manager - Retail Concepts 

Jack of all trades, master of communicating and streamlining process.  

- Manage the installation of adidas globally approved fixture concepts: Homecourt, Neighborhood, Stadium and other 
custom/bespoke retail fixture concepts as needed
- Proactively lead and drive all internal and external teams (production, logistics, installation and visual merchandising) 
from planning through final implementation by providing informed recommendations 
- Maintain a thorough understanding of key retail channels and accounts and develop in-store strategies that help adidas 
gain space and support sell-through
- Successfully managed the rollout of 490 doors over 18 months in partnership with Dicks Sporting Goods. 
- Prioritize and manage all maintenance/updates to existing shops and have a clear understanding of the RSP system to 
aid in global concept rollouts
- Maintain Retail Space Management (RSM) project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion with cross 
functional partners
- Optimize and manage allocated budgets for all retail concepts and repair/maintenance projects

- Manage US store development and construction process for adidas direct to consumer stores, from lease review, initial
financial and timing projections, through bidding, construction, inspections, turnover and warranty period
- Develop the processes, policies and work sequencing to expedite projects and manage the construction phase in the
most cost effective and efficient manner
- Partner with external vendors, including architects, engineers, general contractors and materials suppliers to promote
improvements in process, communication, design and implementation. Consistently work to improve vendor
relationships to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross functional US market processes to successfully open stores and roll out new concepts on time and on
budget
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate all vendor proposals to insure best pricing possible and identify
cost saving measures for all trades
- Develop and administer budgets, fiscal controls and schedule

Manager - Retail Store Development/Construction 

- Responsible for management, development and growth of SolarWorld Americas National Authorized Installer program
- Grew the National Authorized Installer program from 350 to over 500 members
- Engage with external stakeholders to partner and pitch new business
- Create marketing collateral, project proposals and sales presentations
- Assist with event production and coordination of the annual SolarWorld Installer Summit
- Improve positioning and strengthen overall partnerships with existing partners and distributors

Marketing Specialist

- Woodworking and fabrication for high end, custom retail design projects
- Professional retail site installations (Nike and University of Oregon)
- Delivering high quality product within time sensitive deadlines
- Coordination with external project managers to troubleshoot on-site issue

Retail Design - Carpentry

- Sales and customer service for busy action sports retail store
- Product and visual merchandising to ensure sell through and a positive customer experience
- Buyer, inventory management and online order processing
- Facilitate and maintain numerous relationships with product reps and external vendors
- Event management and coordination for Portland Ski Expo


Retail Sales - Action Sports
